FROST

Product Description: perma FROST

Lubrication of machines, roller bearings, chains or gears used in extremely low ambient temperatures can be a problem. perma FROST was especially designed for use in temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +10 °C / -13 °F to +50 °F. perma FROST can discharge grease or oil for up to 26 weeks, depending on the temperature.

Function:

The operation principle of perma FROST is identical to that of our other electrochemical lubrication systems CLASSIC and FUTURA. In addition, it has a special feature that makes it suitable for use in sub-freezing environments. It is the ideal lubricator for bearings, chains, linear guides and other system components used in cold stores, refrigerating machines and aggregates, and for lifts operated during the winter.

Your Advantages:

  • Improved safety and lower costs than manual lubrication

  • Controlled and permanent lubrication – small amounts in short intervals

  • No external power supply required

  • Discharge period depends on ambient temperature (120cc in 1 to 26 weeks)

  • Lubricant quality in the lubrication point is kept at a high level

  • Transparent discharge indicator cap shows when the unit is empty

  • Can be mounted up to 1 m away from the lubrication point with a flexible tube
